Birthday boy

Week 2. First Councilor De Carlo "Oyo" Uy, the son of the incumbent mayor of Tagum City and probably his father's successor,  celebrated his 27th Birthday last January 12  in a 3-in-1 ( plus 1) treats. It's not a cushy ice cream commercial but some public service necessities - NSO certificate authentication; PRC license renewal;  local and overseas jobs employment fair in one roof. These could spare much money and time, that instead of going to Davao City, paper applications were done at the home front. Bonus treats were held later in the evening with a crowd drawer dance showdown contest and a rock band concert at the park. This surely is not your typical birthday party. A birthday party celebrated with and for the people of Tagum City. With good public service record and right attitude, the boy is rightfully filling in the big shoes of his  visionary and trailblazer father.

YELLOW FLAVOR. In a candid moment, Councilor Oyo Uy, was enjoying a cone of ice cream during his birthday celebration last January 12 at the Tagum City Cultural and Trade Center.

ALL IN THE HOUSE. Councilor Oyo Uy responded to the birthday greetings of some vendors and asked to give ice cream to people present on his birthday celebration.

EAVES DROPPING. What could be their conversation? Oyo's political plans or  his take on the ice cream's taste? Councilor Oyo Uy was seen talking to an elderly during the former's birthday celebration at the Tagum City Cultural and Trade Center.

SEAL OF APPROVAL. A thumb's up was given by Councilor Oyo Uy to the ice cream vendor, signifying a sign of satisfaction.
